Kelly Nash was born in Davie, Florida, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. Kelly Nash spent her childhood boating and fishing alongside her father Ed Nash.  Kelly Nash was a huge fan of the Miami Marlins since she was young. Although she was a sports enthusiast from an early age she always dreamed of becoming an anchor for a newscast. Kelly Nash, a 2006 graduate of Clemson University in Clemson (South Carolina) and an undergraduate degree in Communication as well as Media Studies. Clemson awarded her with a Master's degree in Youth Development Leadership. She was awarded an athletic scholarship from the Clemson Athletic Department in exchange for covering their Baseball and soccer teams for the Sports information Department Career



 Kelly Nash, a MLB Network studio host, has appeared on multiple shows which include Quick Pitch, the nightly highlights show. She is also an NHL Network Studio host, Appearing on the Nightly Game recap Show, On The Fly. She joined the MLB Network in March 2015 and Began contributing to the NHL Network in 2015 when NHL Network's on-air operations became based out of the MLB Network's headquarters.
