Ellie Jane Goulding born 30th December, 1986 in Hereford England. Tracey Goulding Summers is her mother. Her father Arthur Goulding comes from a funeral home-based family. Goulding's younger sister Isabel as well as her second sister Jordan have children. Alex is her brother. Alex his brother is a bassist and is a member of the Hereford group.
